Hi, I'm Elizabeth!

I'm so glad you're here.

If you're on this page, chances are life feels heavier than you'd like it to right now. Maybe you've been carrying anxiety for years, keep finding yourself in unhealthy relationships, or feel like you're constantly taking care of everyone else while forgetting yourself. Whatever brought you here, I want you to know you don't have to figure it out alone.

I believe therapy should feel like one of the few places where you don't have to pretend everything is okay.

My goal is to create a space where you feel genuinely seen, understood, and challenged in ways that help you grow—not judged.

A Little About Me

I've been a licensed therapist for over 11 years and have had the privilege of walking alongside hundreds of individuals through some of the hardest seasons of their lives.

One of my favorite parts of this work is watching people realize they aren't "broken." Often, they're responding exactly how someone would after years of difficult experiences. Healing isn't about becoming someone new—it's about reconnecting with the version of yourself that's been there all along.

Outside of therapy, you'll usually find me spending time with my family, lifting weights, enjoying the outdoors, cooking from scratch, or finding inspiration in nature. I believe growth happens through small, consistent steps, and I try to live that same philosophy in my own life.

My Approach

I don't believe in simply talking about problems week after week without seeing change.

Together, we'll work to understand why certain patterns developed, where they came from, and how to create healthier ways of thinking, feeling, and relating to yourself and others.

Whether we're processing past trauma, working through anxiety, or rebuilding confidence after difficult relationships, I want therapy to leave you feeling like you're moving forward—not just venting.

I often integrate evidence-based approaches including:

  • EMDR

  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

  • Trauma-Focused CBT

  • Attachment-focused interventions

  • Mindfulness and nervous system regulation

Every client is different, so therapy is always tailored to your unique story.

Who I Work With

I primarily work with adults across Tennessee who are navigating:

  • Anxiety and chronic overthinking

  • Trauma and PTSD

  • Low self-esteem and self-worth

  • Unhealthy relationship patterns

  • Anxious attachment

  • Codependency

  • Depression

  • Life transitions and stress

Many of my clients are women who have spent years putting everyone else first and are finally ready to start choosing themselves.

What You Can Expect

When we work together, you can expect:

✓ A warm, supportive environment

✓ Honest conversations that gently challenge old patterns

✓ Practical tools you can use outside of session

✓ A therapist who truly wants to understand your story

✓ Therapy that's collaborative, not one-size-fits-all

My hope is that each session leaves you feeling a little lighter, a little more hopeful, and one step closer to the life you want to build.
